How much is your Residential Consulting service?

$40 for initial Consultation and plan recommendation and $20 for additional plan recommendations during the first year. There is no consultation fee, if you sign up with Think Energy.

Your Residential service sounds a lot like Energy Ogre. What is the difference?

We can't say what all they do, but they do charge $10/month, and We only charge a fraction of that. We also provide personal service, recommendations, and advise the customer if any issues arise. We operate our business based on "The Golden Rule," and put the customers best interest first.

What kind of savings should I expect?

Each case is based on your current plan, so it will vary. It is not uncommon for our residential customers to save 40% or more off the current rate they are paying.

What information do I need to bring with me?

Bring your current electricity bill. If you don't have one, we can still work with you to estimate your electricity usage. A copy of your current contract is also helpful.

Do I have to come to your office for the consultation?

No. The consultation can take place over the phone. If so, it is best to email a copy of your most recent electricity bill.

How much is your Commercial Consulting service?

No charge. We earn a commission paid through the electricity provider.
